Artist Statement

 

Paige Eden specialises in creating thought-provoking art prints (stickers & collage packs) that questions our relationship with vision. As a visually impaired designer, Paige has incorporated her lived experience of sensory barriers into her designs to create bold and colourful works which play with the spectrum of the obscured, distorted, and surreal.

 

There is no escaping the fact that Page's work and life are affected by her visual impairment. Through the use of mixed media and collage Paige explores the connection of the senses to facilitate open conversations, increase awareness and challenge stereotypes faced in today's society, particularly by those with different sensory needs.
