Having worked with global giants such as Disney, Heineken, and Unilever, she excels in building trusted relationships, driving innovation and fostering meaningful change. Passionate about purpose-led initiatives, Michelle actively supports projects that champion equity and empowerment. She advises Festival of the Girl, using her expertise to help shape strategies to fulfill the organisation's goals and drive genuine change. As a mum to 9-year-old Freya, she is especially committed to shaping a world where girls feel confident to be anything they want to be.
