We are a group of six women—colleagues and friends from a tech startup called Navro each from different nationalities, backgrounds, seniority levels, roles, passions, and sexualities. Despite our diverse experiences, we naturally connect by simply being ourselves. Our bond is rooted in authenticity, embracing each other’s quirks and individuality, and sharing a belief that true success comes when you can fully be yourself. We wish we had known that sooner, which is why we’re committed to helping create a world where girls can grow up free from limiting gender stereotypes.
